Photo Booth Rental Agreement & Terms of Service
Important: Non-Refundable Deposit
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.
This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, date changes, or any other reason. Once the deposit is paid, your event date is reserved exclusively and removed from our calendar.
By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Deposit & Payment Terms
Deposit Requirement
30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date.
The deposit confirms your reservation.
The date is removed from our availability calendar.
The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Balance Payment
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date.
Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of the deposit.
Social Booth Co. reserves the right to cancel service if payment is not received.

Secure online payments through our booking system
Additional Charges
All prices are subject to Texas sales tax
Overtime: $120 per additional hour
Optional add-ons may incur additional charges
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Client
If a client cancels the booking:
The 30%Â deposit is forfeited
Cancellations within 7 days of the event may be charged 50% of the remaining balance
No-shows require full payment regardless of attendance
Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change.
Clients may:
Reschedule one time with at least 14 days notice
New event date must be within 6 months of the original date
Additional reschedules may incur a $50 administrative fee.
Rescheduling with less than 14 days notice may result in additional fees.
Cancellation by Social Booth Co.
In rare cases involving:
equipment failure
emergency situations
unforeseen circumstances
Social Booth Co. will offer either:
a full refund, or
a rescheduled event date
3. Equipment & Liability
Client Responsibility
A Social Booth Co. booth attendant will be present at all times during the photo booth operation. While our attendant supervises the equipment, the client remains responsible for the conduct of guests and attendees. The client agrees to ensure that guests treat the equipment respectfully and follow the instructions of the booth attendant.
The client may be held responsible for any damage caused to photo booth equipment by:
guests
vendors
venue staff
event attendees
All equipment must be used according to the instructions of the booth attendant.
Damage Fee Structure
Damage fees may include:
Minor damage (props or accessories): $100 – $250
Moderate damage (lighting, booth components): $250 – $1,000
Major damage (camera, printer, booth structure): $1,000 – $3,000+
If any equipment is destroyed, lost, stolen, or rendered unusable, the client agrees to pay the full replacement cost of the affected equipment, including repair, replacement, and associated labor costs.
Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of photo booth service:
Moving or relocating equipment without approval
Spilling drinks or food on equipment
Rough handling or misuse of equipment
Removing any equipment components from the venue
Props
Props are provided for entertainment use only.
Damaged or missing props may incur replacement fees.
4. Event Terms
Setup & Breakdown
Our team requires approximately:
45–60 minutes for setup
30–45 minutes for breakdown
Setup will occur prior to the scheduled booth start time whenever possible.
Venue Requirements
The client must provide:
Minimum 10 ft × 10 ft space
Flat and stable surface
One 110V electrical outlet
Indoor or covered location
Clear access path for load-in
Outdoor Events
Outdoor setups require:
overhead coverage (tent, roof, or structure)
protection from weather conditions
Social Booth Co. reserves the right to pause or cancel booth operation if weather conditions threaten equipment safety, including:
rain
extreme wind
extreme heat
unsafe environmental conditions
Parking & Access
Clients must provide reasonable parking and access for equipment unloading.
If paid parking is required, the client agrees to reimburse the cost.
5. Service Agreement
Depending on the selected package, services may include:
Photo booth equipment and setup
On-site booth attendant
Props (if included)
Custom photo overlay design
Instant photo sharing
Backdrop (if selected)
Online gallery delivery
Prints (if included)
Only services listed in the selected package or invoice are guaranteed.
Attendant Responsibilities
The booth attendant will:
operate the booth
assist guests
maintain equipment
troubleshoot technical issues
Digital Gallery
Clients will receive an online photo gallery within 48–72 hours after the event.
The gallery will remain active for 30 days for downloading and sharing photos.
Extended hosting may be available upon request.
Overtime
Overtime is available only if the booth schedule allows it.
Overtime is billed at: $120 per additional hour
Payment may be collected on-site or added to the final invoice.
6. Additional Event Protection Terms
Venue Delay / Late Start
If the event start time is delayed due to venue scheduling, event timeline changes, or guest delays, booth service will still end at the originally scheduled time.
Additional time may be added only if available and will be billed at the overtime rate.
Internet & Connectivity
Features such as:
text sharing
email delivery
instant uploads
depend on cellular or internet connectivity at the venue.
Social Booth Co. cannot guarantee signal availability at every venue location.
Guests will still be able to access photos through the post-event gallery.
Connectivity issues do not qualify for refunds.
Guest Conduct Policy
Social Booth Co. reserves the right to pause or terminate booth service if guests:
behave aggressively
misuse equipment
create unsafe conditions
attempt to damage equipment
If service is stopped due to unsafe guest behavior, no refunds will be issued.
Power Interruption
The photo booth requires continuous electrical power.
If power is interrupted due to venue staff, DJs, vendors, or guests unplugging equipment, Social Booth Co. is not responsible for any lost service time.
Service will resume once power is restored, but the rental period will not be extended unless overtime is purchased.
7. General Terms
Force Majeure
Social Booth Co. shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
natural disasters
severe weather
government restrictions
venue closures
transportation issues
emergencies
When possible, we will work with clients to reschedule the event.
Limitation of Liability
Social Booth Co.’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the event.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
Indemnification
Client agrees to hold Social Booth Co. harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
guest behavior
misuse of equipment
unsafe venue conditions
breach of this agreement
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between the client and Social Booth Co.
Any modifications must be agreed to in writing by both parties.
Acceptance
By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Social Booth Co. Rental Agreement & Terms of Service.
